About bloody time I started posting again.

Well I have been at home mostly since Christmas and enjoying it but not doing nothing. I have been very busy painting and submitting the results to the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge. I am way ahead of where I thought I would be by now (near the end of January). I put this down to having assembled so much to do before I started. I found a good flow with painting horses which is a good thing as I had a lot lined up to do which was actually a little bit intimidating.
I am a lot behind but here is what was finished earlier in January 2016.

1st Gripping Beast Arab Infantry. A few LBM decals on shields but some are hand painted as well.

Below are Heavy Pike for my Red and Black (Wars of the Roses ) army. Theses are plastic but conversions. Perry Miniatures. I was inspired to make these from a Unit option for Kings of War version 2. I used them recently in a game and I would say they are probably 'Men of the Match'.

More to post soon. Cheers for now from Brendon.

  4. Good to have you back. I haven't played Kings of War. Is 10 figures a unit? They look great.

    1. Cheers Natholeon. Yeah 10 figures can be a unit in Kings of war. The actual physical size of the units base is what matters to me. I use 9 25mm round based as above on a tray that represents 20 men.
