Stug G Company

Also in the 'round to it' file or the great mass of un-finished Flames of War tanks etc was these. Some of them just needed decals added but some needed to be built and painted. I created some potential lists for a Late War 1750 torney that included lots of StuG G and Panzer IV H so it was excellent motivation to get them done with a set deadline to work towards. More about that later. These Stugs are all from blisters as I got them before the Stug Box set. I added stowage, cut off some Shurzen plates on some, and also picked up the Stug Kanone for the boss. I added a 1 and a 2 decal to the top side of the 1 and 2 Stug to help with picking them out on the table.
Cheers

  1. I like them alot. Your technique for doing camouflage looks great. I also like how you've added stowage to the Stug's, gives them are lived in look not too factory fresh like some gamers tanks.

  2. Thanks REDTROOP. Yeah I like stowage as well (but you can see that). Saw a photo of some real German Panzer IV and StuGs with T-34 tracks and sherman tracks on them as extra armour so added some of those as well.
    Cheers
