I like a lot of people paint it on and then go over the batch of figures, usually 10, with white spirit to lighten any areas i feel are to heavy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6232752023320334560.post-8510427875502651202012-09-07T01:11:55.845+09:302012-09-07T01:11:55.845+09:30The effect is good and I also recomend painting, n...The effect is good and I also recomend painting, not dipping. They now also do it as a bottle that is water based so you don't get the smell. I use it as well as other methods but it saves so much time. I use Winsor & Newton Nut Brown ink for 10 and 6mm figures (needs watering down for white based uniforms)

IanIanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17113835961977211021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6232752023320334560.post-18360124582789781352012-09-06T21:15:08.124+09:302012-09-06T21:15:08.124+09:30Thanks Ray.

Just a very quick drag the brush over the armour and another hit of the red on the tunics. Made them look even better.
CheersThe Kiwihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06829184068503627810noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6232752023320334560.post-51309669795394303972012-09-06T20:23:09.446+09:302012-09-06T20:23:09.446+09:30It's great stuff in my opinion, saves you so m...It's great stuff in my opinion, saves you so much time and if you can get results like these its well worth it!!Ray Rousellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352596392520905197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6232752023320334560.post-52788373496712194682012-09-06T15:42:23.035+09:302012-09-06T15:42:23.035+09:30Kiwi, use the brush-on technique! Use a cheap brush.Wostry Ferenchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07846171947391655246noreply@blogger.com
